30 minutes thinking time <\/strong><\/span>days<\/strong><\/span>
You have the right to your order within 30 days of receipt <\/strong>to revoke without stating a reason.
This means that within this period, you can let us know that you want to return the product.
This can easily be done through our contact form<\/a> per email info@dogseat.nl<\/a><\/strong>. If you include your order number, we can help you more quickly.<\/p>

2. After your notification<\/strong><\/span>
Once you've informed us that you wish to return, you have 30 days to send the product back.<\/p>

Conditions for <\/strong><\/span>return<\/strong><\/span>
We ask you during the reflection period to handle the product and packaging with care<\/strong>.
You may view or try on the product as you would in a store.

For returns:<\/em>
- All included accessories<\/strong> must be returned.
- If reasonably possible<\/strong> In original condition and packaging.<\/p>

If the product is more used or damaged than was necessary to evaluate it, we may charge a depreciation.<\/p>

4. Cost and shipment of return<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

The direct costs of returning the goods are your responsibility. We offer you the option to purchase a return label from us. This can be done via info@dogseat.nl.
DogSeat.com is not responsible for damage or loss of the return package during shipment.
We therefore recommend that a return always be sent with track & trace<\/strong> And keep your shipping receipt, so you can always prove you sent it back on time.<\/p>

5. Refund<\/strong><\/span>
Once we receive your return notification, we have 30 days to go<\/strong> Refund full purchase price (including shipping costs)<\/strong> via
same payment method used to place the order.<\/p>

Please note: if you have not yet returned the product when you register your return, we may wait to refund you until we
received the product, or until you can demonstrate that it has been shipped.<\/p>

6. When does the right of withdrawal expire?<\/strong><\/span>
The sale is final if:
- You not within 30 days of receipt<\/strong> let us know you want to return, and\/or
- The product not within 30 days of your report<\/strong> has been returned<\/p>

Also, the right of withdrawal does not apply if:
- The product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, then we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So treat the product with care<\/strong> and make sure it is properly packaged when returning.<\/strong><\/p>
