  1. Consumer: the natural person not acting for purposes related to his trade, business, craft or profession.<\/li>
  2. Reflection period: the period within which the consumer can exercise his right of withdrawal.<\/li>
  3. Right of withdrawal: the consumer's ability to waive the distance contract within the cooling-off period.<\/li>
  4. Entrepreneur: the natural or legal person offering products to consumers at a distance.<\/li>
  5. Distance contract: an agreement concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer within the framework of an organized system for distance selling of products.<\/li>
  6. Day: calendar day.<\/li>
  7. Durable medium: any device that enables the consumer or entrepreneur to store information in a way that allows future consultation or use.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Article 3 - Applicability.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    1. These general terms and conditions apply to any offer by the entrepreneur and to any distance contract concluded between entrepreneur and consumer.<\/li>
    2. Prior to the conclusion of the distance contract, the text of these general terms and conditions shall be made available to the consumer.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      Article 4 - The offer<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      1. The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered.<\/li>
      2. The description is sufficiently detailed to allow a proper assessment of the offer by the consumer.<\/li>
      3. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind the entrepreneur.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        Article 5 - The Agreement<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        1. The agreement is established at the time of the consumer's acceptance of the offer and the fulfillment of the conditions set forth therein.<\/li>
        2. If the consumer has accepted the offer electronically, the entrepreneur shall immediately confirm electronically the receipt of the acceptance of the offer.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          Article 6 - Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          1. Consumers can dissolve an agreement relating to the purchase of products during a 14-day cooling-off period without giving reasons.<\/li>
          2. If <\/span>the <\/span>consumer <\/span>use <\/span>want <\/span>make <\/span>from <\/span>this <\/span>right of withdrawal, <\/span>must <\/span>he <\/span>this <\/span>within <\/span>14 <\/span>days <\/span>after <\/span>receipt <\/span>ken <\/span>make <\/span>To DogSeat<\/span>, <\/span>e.g. <\/span>via <\/span>the contact<\/span>form <\/span>or <\/span>per <\/span>e-<\/span>email info@dogseat.nl<\/span>.<\/span><\/li>
          3. After <\/span>this <\/span>report <\/span>has <\/span>the <\/span>consumer <\/span>yet <\/span>once <\/span>14 <\/span>days <\/span>the <\/span>time <\/span>to <\/span>the <\/span>product <\/span>back <\/span>at <\/span>send. <\/span>The <\/span>product <\/span>must <\/span>thereby, <\/span>together <\/span>with <\/span>all <\/span>delivered <\/span>accessories, <\/span>if <\/span>reasonably <\/span>possible, <\/span>at <\/span>original <\/span>state <\/span>and <\/span>packaging <\/span>be <\/span>returned.<\/span><\/li>
          4. The cooling-off period starts the day after the consumer receives the product.<\/li>
          5. During the reflection period, the consumer will handle the product and its packaging with care. He will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether he wishes to keep the product. If he exercises his right of withdrawal, he shall return the product with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging to DogSeat, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by DogSeat.<\/li>
          6. If the customer has not made known after the expiration of the periods mentioned in paragraphs 2 and 3 that he wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal or has not returned the product to the entrepreneur, the purchase is a fact.<\/li>
          7. As <\/span>the <\/span>product <\/span>or <\/span>the <\/span>packaging <\/span>more <\/span>damaged <\/span>is <\/span>then <\/span>necessary <\/span>to <\/span>the <\/span>product <\/span>at <\/span>Assess, <\/span>can <\/span>the <\/span>entrepreneur <\/span>a <\/span>depreciation <\/span>from <\/span>the <\/span>product <\/span>at <\/span>account <\/span>bring.<\/span><\/li>

          10. The <\/span>consumer <\/span>is <\/span>recommended <\/span>a <\/span>proof <\/span>from <\/span>shipping <\/span>at <\/span>save <\/span>to <\/span>timely <\/span>return <\/span>to <\/span>at <\/span>show.<\/span><\/li>
          11. If <\/span>the <\/span>consumer <\/span>not <\/span>within <\/span>the <\/span>mentioned <\/span>terms <\/span>the <\/span>right of withdrawal <\/span>ken <\/span>makes <\/span>and\/or<\/span>or <\/span>the <\/span>product <\/span>returns, <\/span>comes <\/span>the <\/span>buy <\/span>final <\/span>to <\/span>booth.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

            Article 7 - Obligations of the consumer during the reflection period<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

            1. During the cooling-off period, the consumer will handle the product and packaging with care.<\/li>
            2. The consumer is only liable for diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
              \n\t\t\t\t
              \n\t\t\t\t\t

              Article 8 - Exercise of the right of withdrawal by the consumer and costs thereof<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
              \n\t\t\t\t
              \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
              1. If the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal, he shall notify this within the cooling-off period via e-mail: info@dogseat.nl.<\/li>
              2. The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the product.<\/li>
              3. If the consumer has paid an amount, the entrepreneur will refund this amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after revocation. This is subject to the condition that the product has already been received back by the entrepreneur or conclusive evidence of complete return can be presented. Repayment will be made through the same payment method used by the consumer unless the consumer explicitly authorizes a different payment method.<\/li>
              4. If the product is damaged due to careless handling by the consumer himself, the consumer is liable for any decrease in value of the product.<\/li>
              5. The consumer cannot be held liable for depreciation of the product if not all legally required information on the right of withdrawal has been provided by the entrepreneur, this must be done before the conclusion of the purchase agreement.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
                \n\t\t\t\t
                \n\t\t\t\t\t

                Article 9 - Obligations of the entrepreneur in the event of withdrawal<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
                1. The entrepreneur shall reimburse all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery costs, without delay but within 14 days.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
                  \n\t\t\t\t
                  \n\t\t\t\t\t

                  Article 10 - Exclusion of the right of withdrawal.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
                  \n\t\t\t\t
                  \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
                  1. The right of withdrawal <\/span>is <\/span>excluded <\/span>for <\/span>products <\/span>those <\/span>to <\/span>hygienic <\/span>reasons <\/span>not <\/span>suitable <\/span>its <\/span>to <\/span>at <\/span>be <\/span>returned <\/span>when <\/span>them <\/span>after <\/span>delivery <\/span>its <\/span>used <\/span>or <\/span>soiled. <\/span>This <\/span>applies <\/span>with <\/span>name <\/span>for <\/span>products <\/span>those <\/span>visible <\/span>at <\/span>use <\/span>its <\/span>taken, <\/span>such as <\/span>at <\/span>presence <\/span>of (<\/span>animals)<\/span>hairs, <\/span>stains, <\/span>scents <\/span>or <\/span>other <\/span>signs of use.<\/span><\/li>
                  2. Our products <\/span>may <\/span>of course <\/span>short <\/span>be <\/span>viewed <\/span>or <\/span>tested <\/span>such as <\/span>that <\/span>also <\/span>at <\/span>a <\/span>physical <\/span>store <\/span>would <\/span>happen. <\/span>At <\/span>patently <\/span>use (<\/span>such as <\/span>long-term <\/span>usage, <\/span>soiling <\/span>or <\/span>damage) <\/span>expires <\/span>the <\/span>straight <\/span>at <\/span>revocation.<\/span><\/li>
                  3. This exclusion <\/span>is <\/span>clearly <\/span>listed <\/span>at <\/span>the <\/span>supply <\/span>and <\/span>applies <\/span>in accordance with <\/span>article <\/span>6:<\/span>230p <\/span>sub <\/span>e <\/span>BW.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                    \n\t\t\t\t\t

                    Article 11 - The price<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                    1. The prices mentioned in the offer of products include VAT.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                      Article 12 - Performance and warranty<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                      1. The entrepreneur guarantees that the products comply with the agreement and the specifications stated in the offer.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                        \n\t\t\t\t\t

                        Article 13 - Delivery and execution<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                        1. The entrepreneur will take the greatest possible care when receiving and executing orders for products.<\/li>
                        2. Orders will be delivered the next day if ordered before 12:00 noon on weekdays.<\/li>
                        3. The risk of damage and\/or loss of products rests with the entrepreneur until the moment of delivery to the consumer.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                          \n\t\t\t\t\t

                          Article 14 - Payment<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                            1. Complaints about the performance of the agreement must be made within a reasonable time, fully and clearly described, at info@dogseat.nl.<\/li>
                            2. After receipt <\/span>from <\/span>your <\/span>complaint <\/span>receive <\/span>your <\/span>within <\/span>14 <\/span>days <\/span>a <\/span>content <\/span>response. <\/span>Has <\/span>the <\/span>complaint <\/span>more <\/span>time <\/span>needed? <\/span>Then <\/span>let <\/span>we <\/span>your <\/span>within <\/span>that same <\/span>term <\/span>know <\/span>when <\/span>your <\/span>a <\/span>larger <\/span>reply <\/span>can <\/span>expect.<\/span><\/li>
                            3.
